Originally from the UK I’ve now made Australia home after being here since 1999, what can I say the 1 year working holiday visa turned into a huge life change as opportunities opened up & a curiosity for growth developed. 

Moving through from a highly sensitive to energy child, into now finding my way back into reclaiming my sensitivity as my superpower, hasn’t been an easy journey – this I offer and share openly as I know many of my clients that I attract also hold a lot of empathetic sensitivity with their emotional wellbeing which moves into their physical bodies & they then struggle balance this all out in their lives.

My own personal struggle with fertility & women’s health moved me towards learning intensively all ways to heal the womb space & all that is held here. I strived to be the practitioner I never found for myself so it is such an honour to now be able to hold other women in their wellness journeys.

I believe in the importance of co-creation in all of our meetings, whether that be in 1:1 or group settings. I’m here to hold you in deep presence & guide you back to your own wisdom – I’m not here to fix you.

I aim to provide all of my clients with Holistic Nurturing through all life stages and this comes through in using various modalities but most of all it is unique to you, your energy, your needs and together we co-create a care path to help you feel nurtured, improve your whole health, healing and wellbeing. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher providing Training, Women’s Circles, Retreats and one of my most recent and deepest callings is becoming an End of Life Doula, I provide non-medical, compassionate support for terminally ill clients and their families at the end of their life as well as NDIS support carer work.

One of my main values is honesty & integrity – I strive to always show up with my heart open & speak my truth with compassion.
