Cancellation Policy – Appointments & Events
We understand situations sometimes change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you do need to make changes to your appointment, please make sure to give as much notice as possible.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments
In the event of cancellation, where less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel, reschedule an appointment, or if you miss your appointment (no-show/without notice) a cancellation fee applies.
Less than 24 hours notice, 50% fee will be charged
Missed or forgotten appointments (no-show/without notice) will be charged FULL PRICE.
No refunds or monetary exchange will be made for deposits made or full purchased tickets to women circles , reiki training and Events.
If you can not attend an event that you have paid a deposit toward or paid in full, you are welcome to offer your tickets to someone else to attend in your place.
If Karen Riley needs to cancel or change scheduled classes, events or appointments you will be offered to attend a rescheduled date, or a refund if you can’t make it.
Please check your spam/junk folders to make sure you are receiving your emails and subscriptions to special offers. You do this by selecting the option “mark as not spam” on one of my emails. This will allow all the emails to arrive into your inbox
