Reiki
Reiki is the ‘Universal Life Force’ energy that surrounds and sustains us all
During a “hands-on” healing session, The facilitator’s hands are placed in various positions on the body of the person receiving the healing . Reiki acts to clear and release any stagnant, negative, emotional, mental energy that is being stored in the body . Reiki also works to balance and align the Charka system and can cleanse out aura and other energetic bodies.
It is a gentle yet powerful therapy that can help restore balance and calm in the body. Reiki is fantastic for treating chronic pain in the physical body as well as more emotional ailments such as anxiety and depression.

Reflexology
Your feet hold secrets about your personality, your health, and even your emotions. Bearing your ‘SOLE’ to a reflexologist is equivalent to bearing your ‘SOUL’ and the healing impacts can be quite profound.
As a reflexologist, I assess feet visually as well as using a firm massage technique working with zone & meridian line therapy, these points respond to pressure, stimulating the body’s natural healing process to rebalance and repair.
As a multi-modality practitioner, I weave intuition and use energy healing techniques whilst I work on the reflex points that can be found in the feet, hands, face & ears all relate to different parts of the body.
The feet are a gateway to healing that so many underestimate or find hard to believe to be a source of healing and equilibrium within your body. The sessions are deeply relaxing and restore your nervous system as well as stimulating your body to heal any ailments.

Shamanic Healing
This powerful yet deeply nourishing journey is contained within a Shamanic Energy Training ® medicine wheel, a multi-dimensional container that allows for deep healing and transformation on a quantum level.
This 1:1 personal ceremony commences with intention setting & an opening ceremony where you can drop into a guided space of Soul connection. Following this you will be deeply nourished through sound healing, energetic healing and holistic massage. This bodywork ceremony concludes with integration techniques & time to fully be present in your body. This Ceremony is designed to come deep within your heart, body & soul for healing, which allows you to release energetic patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you so you may move forward with increased vitality in your life.

Women's Health
Reflecting on my own history of miscarriages, infertility and now perimenopause, I always hoped to be the practitioner I didn’t find for myself, this journey guided and shaped my study for many years and now I can pass that lived wisdom to others.
I am here to hold space for all WOMEN on a journey to improved health, healing, and transformation in whatever role, capacity, trauma, health experiences, and journey you may be navigating.
As a multi-modality practitioner, I weave and incorporate various modalities, skills, experience, and energetics to support you where you are at and come through with the techniques and support that feel in alignment with your unique needs.
Womb and Fertility Massage:
You may have been trying naturally to conceive or go through the channels of IVF. Either way, the longer this cycle of trying goes on, the more your mind can panic emotionally sending you into overwhelm and distress.
This womb massage is an external non-invasive massage technique that supports female abdominal, reproductive and pelvic health. The main focus is restoring the flow of blood (venous and arteriole), nerve, lymph, and chi/prana, plus also helping to restore fascia.
This massage technique is also a supportive modality that helps activate a woman’s body wisdom and intelligence to come forth and find balance and healing. It is a technique available to women of all ages & all times of their lives.
Specialised Maternity Massage & Reflexology:
I offer Reproductive Reflexology techniques which can be added into sessions for clients on their fertility journey both naturally as well as with IVF, I also educate Basal Body Temperature charting for ovulation predictions to help with successful conception.
Pregnancy Massage has always been such a privilege to offer to mothers and babies, it’s such a wonderful life-changing moment in a woman’s life which naturally has its aliments of pain and discomfort, so massage is wonderful to help soothe the body changes. I also offer Reflexology labour induction techniques from 38 weeks using acupressure & meridian points to promote natural labour.
